Fort Lauderdale fishing

Fort Lauderdale fishing continued to be productive on most days between the 25th and 30th. Good catches with the exception of the 30th, which was a struggle with poor results.

Blackfin Tuna continue to please on most days and our largest was 27 lbs. Kingfish are biting and the largest we caught was 23 lbs. While not a monster still a good fish. Many of the Bonito we caught were full sized and they can really pull hard when they are fully grown. Still some Sailfish around on the reefs, but more are showing up off the edge. Sharks are biting well when the current runs strongly. This was a pleasant surprise as Sharking had slowed even with good current. Hopefully this will continue as a big fish is almost always welcome for most customers.
